Welder Fabricator
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality metal components in Lapeer, MI!
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
-Fabricate metal parts through cutting, bending, forming, and finishing
-Perform welding using various processes including MIG, TIG, and brazing
-Smooth, grind, and polish welded surfaces to ensure a clean, high-quality finish
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications
-Assemble, fit, and install fabricated structures and components
-Maintain and repair welds on existing equipment or structures
-Operate equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
-Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
-Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
-Assist with ordering materials, tools, and parts as needed
-Support delivery routes or additional tasks when required

Schedule is 1st shift. The pay rate is $22 - $25 per hour DOE
