Warehouse Worker

Trillium Staffing has a great opportunity for an entry level Warehouse Worker / Packer on the East side of Columbus!

Schedule is 1st or 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM $15.00 or Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM $15.00 w/ a $1.50 Shift Diff. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:
-Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, including proper packaging, labeling, and sealing.
-Pack products into designated containers or packaging materials according to instructions.
-Accurately label packages with product details, quantities, and shipping information.
-Retrieve products from storage areas and prepare them for packing.
-Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, as needed.
-Monitor inventory of packing materials and report any shortages to a supervisor.
-Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of any issues or discrepancies.
-Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance and accuracy.
-Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Steel Toes are required to be worn.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.
-Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
