Safety Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring a Bilingual Safety Manager (English/Spanish) for a long-term data center project in Litchfield Park, AZ.
This role will oversee on-site safety operations on multiple active sites simultaneously.
The Safety Manager will be primarily responsible for managing all on-site safety efforts and administering Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) programs per contract scope. This position works closely with the General Contractor, project leadership, and our client’s Regional and Corporate ES&H teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage on-site safety programs for two sites at the same location simultaneously.
-Coordinate with General Contractor, Project Managers, and -Construction Managers
-Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and corrective actions
-Enforce ES&H policies and jobsite safety compliance
-Maintain safety documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
-Travel to Client offices or remote locations as required
Work starts ASAP. Pay: $40+ per hour depending on experience. No per diem available at this time.

Requirements
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a Construction field
-3+ years of experience in critical infrastructure construction (data center experience preferred)
-At least 1 year in a construction-related safety role
-Experience managing safety for a large subcontractor workforce
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-OSHA 30 completed within the last 3 years
-Ability to complete Pre-Employment testing
Preferred Qualifications
-Four-year degree in an ES&H-related field
-OSHA 500 / 501 certification (OSHA 502 accepted as equivalent)
