Roofing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Service Foreman in Wilmington Ohio to lead commercial roofing repair and maintenance work.

This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail. Pay rate is $28-35 DOE and this is a direct-hire!

Responsibilities:
-Inspect commercial roofs and diagnose leak sources
-Perform and oversee repairs on BUR, MB, EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and shingle systems
-Complete inspection and preventative maintenance reports
-Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and safety requirements
-Supervise crews, track time, enforce safety, and support training
-Communicate with clients, other trades, and internal teams
-Maintain service vehicle cleanliness, inventory, and equipment
-Use field technology and service apps (Centerpoint Connect a plus)

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years commercial roofing repair experience (foreman experience preferred)
-Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair methods
-Ability to read plans and specifications
-OSHA and man lift certification (required or preferred)
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Physically able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
-Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
-Valid driver’s license with possible company vehicle
