Production Worker
Trillium Staffing is hiring a Plant Operator to support operations at a renewable natural gas facility.
This role is a direct hire position & ideal for someone who works well independently, takes ownership of their shift, and values consistency, safety, and accountability.
This is one of only two operators on the shift, offering a high level of responsibility and autonomy while still being backed by a strong, team-oriented culture.
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 2:30pm – 2:30am
Pay: $21.75 – $24.50/hour (based on experience)
Eligibility: U.S. residents only (no visa sponsorship available)
What You’ll Do
-Operate and monitor plant systems including receiving, digesters, gas skids, CO2, injection, and decant systems
-Track key process variables (temperature, pressure, flow rates, gas composition) to maintain performance and quality
-Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational documentation
-Complete required paperwork for production, safety, and compliance
-Support dry ice production for scheduled orders

What We’re Looking For
-1–2 years of relevant experience in plant operations or similar environment
-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
-Ability to work independently and stay organized on shift
-Comfortable using computer systems and documenting data accurately
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
-High attention to safety and follow-through
-High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
-Valid driver’s license preferred
