Branch Manager

Trillium is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager in Fredericksburg!

This is a Direct-Hire opportunity with a multinational leader in industrial capital equipment. We are looking for a strategic leader who excels in both sales management and operational oversight. If you have a background in industrial sales and a passion for driving growth, we want to hear from you! 

Core Responsibilities:
-Operational Leadership: Supervise all branch sales, service, and daily operations to ensure peak performance.
-Strategic Growth: Develop and execute long-term plans for branch expansion and market penetration.
-Financial Oversight: Full P&L responsibility for the branch, managing budgets and driving profitability.
-Field Engagement: While based in Fredericksburg, you will travel with the sales team within the branch territory (approx. 40% travel within a 45-minute radius; 60% onsite). 

Compensation & Earnings Potential:
-Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
-Commission: Expected average of $55,000 – $65,000+ in year one.
-Annual Bonus: Averages $15,000 – $20,000.
-Total Target Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus).

Qualifications:
-Leadership Experience: 3–5 years of management experience with a heavy focus on sales and sales team development.
-Industry Knowledge: Proven background in industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sectors.
-Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet aggressive growth targets.
-Technical Skills: Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
-Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
