Security Manager
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Security Manager for direct-hire in Phoenix, AZ!
Annual salary is $85k-$95k per year plus a 10% bonus.
The Data Center Security Manager is responsible for owning and leading all physical security operations at one or more hyperscale data center facilities. This role provides strategic and operational leadership over site security programs, guard force operations, vendor management, incident response, and compliance with security standards expected in a mission-critical environment.
As a key site leader, the Security Manager ensures the protection of people, property, and infrastructure while enabling uninterrupted operations and a positive customer experience. This role requires strong leadership presence, sound judgment under pressure, and the ability to partner effectively with Operations, Facilities, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, or critical infrastructure environments.
-2+ years of people management experience, including direct supervision of teams.
-Strong knowledge of physical security operations, access control systems, and incident response.
-Proven experience managing third-party security vendors or guard forces.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including incident reporting and executive updates.
-Ability to remain calm, decisive, and effective in high-pressure situations.
-Proficiency with security systems and standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
-Prior experience in a data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical infrastructure environment.
-Familiarity with access control and video management systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec).
-Experience supporting audits or compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
-CPR / First Aid / emergency response certifications.
-Experience supporting customer-facing security operations.
-Bilingual or multilingual capabilities a plus.
