This role owns sourcing strategy, supplier management, material planning, procurement, logistics, and delivery execution for complex, high-density infrastructure including GPU servers, racks, networking, power, and cooling systems. Responsibilities:

-Own end-to-end supply chain strategy across planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and delivery
-Lead supplier selection, contracting, and ongoing performance management for hardware OEMs and contract manufacturers

-Define sourcing strategies for long-lead and constrained components including GPUs, servers, networking, power, and cooling
-Establish material planning and forecasting processes aligned to evolving deployment schedules
-Lead the implementation and maturation of ERP/MRP capabilities in partnership with Finance, Operations, and IT
-Serve as the accountable owner for supply chain planning decisions, inventory policy, and supplier risk trade-offs, with authority to escalate and resolve conflicts impacting deployment schedules.
-Define and standardize MRP processes including demand planning, supply planning, BOM accuracy, lead times, and inventory policies
-Own logistics and delivery execution including freight, international shipping, customs, and site-level coordination
-Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to capacity, geopolitics, single-source dependencies, and schedule volatility
-Drive cost management initiatives including negotiation strategy, should-cost analysis, and total cost of ownership optimization
-Build dashboards and KPIs to track supplier performance, OTIF delivery, inventory health, cost, and risk
-Partner closely with Quality on supplier audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
-Support rapid schedule changes and executive escalations in a dynamic deployment environment
-Act as a hands-on leader engaging directly with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
-Prepare and present executive-level supply chain updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans for senior leadership as required.
