Construction Laborer - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Commercial Roofing Laborers for a long term project in Fargo, ND. 

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with install and repair commercial roofing systems
• Perform tear-offs and roof preparation
• Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and materials
• Assist with installation insulation, adhesives, primers, seams, and edge details
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate effectively and work safely at heights
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Overtime and extended work hours as required

Pay: $25
Per Diem: $115 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h+ / week

Qualifications
• 1+ years of construction experience
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights (fall protection provided).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical labor, bend, twist, squat, and reach overhead.
