Ironworker - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is hiring Ironworkers with Structural Welding Experience in the Solway & Bemidji, MN Areas!

We are seeking experienced Ironworkers with structural welding experience to join an industrial construction project at a large OSB mill renovation.

Schedule: Rotational – 20 days on, 8 days off

Week 1: 40 hours
Week 2: 40 hours regular time + 30 hours overtime
Week 3: 40 hours regular time + 30 hours overtime
Week 4: 20 hours
Start Date: Wednesday, March 18th
End Date: Mid-November

Pay rate is $30–$32/hour depending on experience plus daily per diem ($125/day for days worked). 

Responsibilities include:
-Structural steel erection and bolt-up
-Structural welding of steel components
-Working at heights on scissor lifts and manlifts (certification required or willing to take an online course)
-Following all safety protocols and site procedures

-Minimum 4 years of experience as an Ironworker
-At least 1 year of structural welding experience
-Certification or willingness to complete online training for scissor lift and manlift operations
-Ability to work on rotational schedule and overtime
