Production Worker

Production Workers needed for 100+ yr. old manufacturing company on 1st Shift!!

Production Workers will unload parts from an overhead paint line to prepare for shipping. The parts will be be moved by hand with the assistance of a roller conveyor to the bander and then to the pallet on a lift table. Production Workers will also visually inspect product and prepare for shipping. This could include the use of hand tools to apply nuts/bolts to product.

This position is physical in nature and the facility is extremely hot during the summer and extremely cold during the winter. You will lift up to 10lbs frequently, 25lbs often and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Steel Toed Work Shoes/Boots are required and other PPE will be provided by the company. Pay rate will be $19/hr and then go to $21 when hired on permanently! Schedule will be Mon-Thu 5:00am-3:00pm with occasional overtime on Friday.

Requirements:
-Ability to lift consistently through a 12 hour day
-Prior experience in role that requires physical work in a hot environment (manufacturing, construction, landscaping, etc.)
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
-Reliable transportation
