Production Worker

Trillium Staffing is seeking a Laser Loader/Unloader for a local company.

Candidates for the Laser Loader/Unloader position must have a willingness to learn and consistent attendance is crucial to keeping the production timeline on track.

Key Responsibilities
-Material Loading: Safely load raw metal sheets onto the laser cutting beds using suction lifts, magnets, or overhead cranes.
-Part Unloading: Remove parts from the machine once the cutting cycle is complete.
-Deburring & Cleaning: Use hand tools (grinders & files) to remove small burrs
-Sorting & Stacking: Organize finished parts onto pallets or into bins according to work orders
-Scrap Management: Clear skeletons (leftover scrap metal) from the machine and place them in the appropriate recycling bins.
-Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace

The Laser Loader/Unloader will be assisting the Laser Operator. No prior experience is required. Must have a willingness to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Schedule is 1st shift, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Mandatory OT when needed. Steel-toe boots required. Pay rate is $17.00 an hour.
