Roofer - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Commercial Roofers in Fargo, ND. 

This position involves working with experienced crews to install and repair commercial roofing systems. The work is physical, performed outdoors, and offers substantial overtime and Per Diem, paid all 7 days, throughout the project duration.

Key Responsibilities
Install and repair commercial single-ply membrane roofing systems
• Perform tear-offs and roof preparation
• Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and materials
• Install insulation, adhesives, primers, seams, and edge details
• Follow fastening patterns and manufacturer specifications
• Operate power tools and rooftop equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow direction from Foreman and crew leads
• Communicate effectively and work safely at heights
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Overtime and extended work hours as required

Pay: Up to $30
Per Diem: $115 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h+ / week

Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in commercial single ply membrane roofing.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements prior to starting work, including
drug screening
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights (fall protection provided).
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical labor, bend, twist, squat, and reach overhead.
