Trillium Construction is now seeking a Superintendent – Civil Construction Projects in Midtown Manhattan, NY!
Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000 DOE. Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

We offer the opportunity to work on large, high-profile projects that impact communities nationwide.
As a Superintendent, reporting to the Project Manager, you will supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role includes planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Site Management
-Supervise onsite construction to ensure adherence to design, schedule, and budget.
-Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site functions, including scheduling and subcontractor management.
-Ensure efficient use of materials and equipment, and timely performance of project schedule.
-Provide technical guidance, including interpretation of drawings and recommending construction methods and equipment.
-Assist Project Management with project scheduling, site logistics, and implementation of procedures and standards.
-Support Site-Specific Safety Plans and coordinate with owner representatives on site.
-Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
-20 years of field supervisory experience, including at least 10 years as a Superintendent on projects valued at $200M+.
-Experience in new building or structure construction, including piles, concrete, and structural steel.
-Knowledge of U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.
-Experience with City, State, or Federal government clients preferred.
-Knowledge of contract management and local trade unions/craft requirements.
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, and HCSS HeavyBid.
-OSHA certification and First Aid certifications required.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
