Trillium Professional is now seeking a Project Manager in Somerville!

The Project Manager – Network Infrastructure Transformation will support remediation readiness activities for sites participating in the Network Equipment Transformation program. The objective of this role is to ensure that all sites surveyed for upgrade by the third-party vendor are fully remediated and prepared so that upgrade activities can be completed within the agreed deployment schedule. 
 
This role focuses on coordination, planning, and oversight of remediation activities required to bring sites to an upgrade?ready state. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, facilities groups, and third?party vendors to ensure all dependencies are completed prior to the subcontractor’s deployment. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
-Develop and manage a remediation execution plan aligned with the Network Equipment Transformation deployment schedule. 
-Maintain remediation schedules and ensure site readiness activities are completed prior to upgrade deployments. 
-Track project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities required to prepare sites for transformation. 
-Coordinate site infrastructure readiness activities including power, cooling, rack space, cabling, and physical access required to support network equipment upgrades. 
-Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors responsible for remediation activities. 
-Coordinate work across Facilities, HVAC, Electrical, Telecommunications, Low Voltage Cabling, Network Engineering, Security, Access Control, Real Estate, and Compliance teams. 
-Initiate and track remediation work orders or service requests through customer work management systems. 
-Track remediation and readiness progress across multiple sites to ensure each location meets transformation deployment requirements. 
-Manage interdependencies between remediation activities and scheduled network upgrade deployments. 
-Identify and escalate risks, constraints, and blockers that may impact remediation timelines or deployment schedules. 
-Track issues affecting remediation timelines and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams. 
-Coordinate readiness activities with the Network Equipment Transformation vendor and subcontractor teams. 
-Validate site readiness prior to the arrival of the Network Equipment Transformation subcontractor. 
-Maintain project documentation including remediation tracking logs, schedules, and reporting artifacts. 
-Provide regular status updates on remediation progress, risks, and site readiness to project leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience 
-5–7 years of experience managing infrastructure, network, or data center related projects. 
-Experience coordinating multisite infrastructure deployments or remediation programs. 
-Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills. 
-Ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and critical path activities. 
-Experience coordinating facilities, telecom, and technical infrastructure teams. 
-Strong risk identification, issue management, and escalation skills. 
 
Preferred Experience 
-Experience supporting network infrastructure upgrades or enterprise network transformations. 
-Experience coordinating site readiness remediation activities for infrastructure deployments. 
-Familiarity with data center, telecom room, IDF/MDF, or network closet environments. 
-Experience with enterprise project tracking and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project, SmartSheet, Jira, or Microsoft SharePoint/Teams.
