Pipefitter

Trillium Construction is seeking a Pipefitter local to Jacksonville, FL for a short-term shipyard project.

Project Dates: Immediate start, approximately 1-2 weeks (possibility to extend for qualified candidates). Pay: $30-$32/hr. Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs/week.

Scope of Work:
-Installing 12” fire water lines and building new headers
-Measuring, cutting, and aligning large-diameter piping
-Installing supports, flanges, and valves
-Prepping pipe for welding by certified welders
-Working from prints and coordinating with welders and other trades onsite

Requirements:
-2+ years of industrial or shipyard pipefitting experience
-Ability to handle large-diameter pipe
-Skilled with pipe measuring, cutting, fitting, and supporting
-Comfortable working in shipyard environments 
-Ability to work full-time, Mon-Fri
