Inside Sales Support Specialist

Trillium has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Support Specialist in Doral, FL!

The Inside Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the outside sales representatives. Duties include keeping an accurate calendar for appointments, creating/completing order and quote requests, communicating with customers via phone & emails regarding follow-up appointments, lead follow-ups, and qualification of new customers.

Schedule is Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Salary will be in the range of $50,000 + quarterly bonus potential of $800.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
- Proficient in business communication
- Experience with CRM software (SAP and C4C is preferred)
- General computer skills and experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software
