Class B Truck Driver

Trillium Drivers is seeking a Class B CDL Delivery Driver to transport food products to schools and community agencies throughout the Tri-State area.

This is a long-term opportunity with a respected non-profit organization, with the potential for full-time hire after a probationary period. Drivers will operate a straight truck with a liftgate, using a pallet jack to complete deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
-Deliver food products to schools and partner agencies
-Operate a Class B straight truck safely and efficiently
-Load/unload using liftgate and electric pallet jack
-Follow scheduled delivery routes and timelines
-Provide professional customer service at delivery locations

Schedule & Compensation
-Monday–Friday routes (rare Saturdays may be requested)
-6AM- until complete (typically around 2pm)
-Pay: $23/hour
-Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Physical & Work Environment
-Touch freight: Yes
-Equipment: Liftgate, pallet jack
-Work environment: Outdoor/warehouse mix

Route Type
-Local (home daily) 
-Route length- 250 miles or less per day
-Typical number of stops- 5-10 stops per day

Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)
-Valid Class B CDL (REQUIRED)
-Clean MVR (REQUIRED – must show “MVR Clear” with zero infractions)
-Since going into schools and other community buildings is required a criminal background check is required.
-2–4 years of verifiable Class B driving experience
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
-Experience with electric pallet jack preferred
-Strong work history and reliability
