Warehouse Worker
A growing metals manufacturing and distribution operation in Cincinnati is seeking Warehouse Workers to join its team!
The Warehouse Workers support daily warehouse operations including staging, picking, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Pay and Benefits:
- $20.00 - 21.00/ hour (based on experience and skill set)
- $1.00 shift premium for off-shifts
- $1.00 hourly increase upon hire-on

Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Sunday is the first day of work week.)
Overtime: Overtime may be required after shift for 1st and 2nd shifts. For 3rd shift, overtime is before the shift.
** Candidates must be comfortable working OT as needed.
Training:
- Training period: 2-4 weeks
- Candidates hired for 2nd or 3rd shift may be required to complete training on 1st shift. Candidates must be open to this possibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and stage feedstock materials for fulfillment orders
- Break down bulk bundles for customer-specific orders
- Package materials according to customer requirements
- Operate sit-down or side loader forklifts to move materials as needed
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation and confirm SAP work orders in the system
- Maintain productivity standards for finished goods processing
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Ability to pass a skills-based assessment covering reading comprehension, math, inspection & measurement, attention to detail, and problem solving
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with computers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed during the shift
- Must be comfortable working overtime when required
Preferred:
- 2+ years of warehouse and/or similar experience
- Experience in metal manufacturing or metals distribution
- Forklift and/or crane operation experience
