Construction Laborer

Trillium Construction is now Hiring Plumber Helpers & Laborers in the Davenport & Bettendorf, IA Areas!

We are seeking dependable Plumber Helpers and Construction Laborers to join our team on a new construction multi-family project. This role will involve working outdoors and inside unfinished buildings in various weather conditions. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of commercial construction experience, with plumbing experience preferred but not necessary.

Pay: $20–$24 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Opportunity for overtime when weather permits

Responsibilities
Assist with installation of:
-Water heaters
-Sinks
-Toilets
-Showers
-Water piping and drainage systems

-Carry and move materials throughout the job site
-Maintain clean and organized work areas
-Support skilled plumbers and tradesmen as needed
-Follow all safety guidelines and site protocols

Requirements
-Minimum 6 months of commercial construction experience (required)
-Plumbing experience a plus
-Basic knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, or carpentry skills preferred
-Familiarity with construction job site operations
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs continuously
-Comfortable bending, kneeling, and working from ladders
-Able to work in outdoor elements and unfinished structures
-Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
