Project Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring a Project Manager for our client, a full-service commercial and industrial contractor specializing in epoxy coatings, painting, and cleaning services for manufacturing facilities.
This role combines business development and project management. The Project Manager is responsible for growing client relationships, securing new work, and managing projects from estimating through completion.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop new business and maintain client relationships
-Prepare estimates and proposals
-Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution
-Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors
-Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders
-Track project performance and ensure quality and safety compliance
-Manage multiple projects and maintain CRM records
Compensation & Benefits
-Base salary: $80,000–$85,000 plus quarterly profit-sharing/bonuses
-401(k) with employer match after 3 months
-Health insurance (50% employer-paid); dental and vision available
-Company vehicle after 1 month; mileage reimbursement initially
-PTO starting at 2 weeks
Schedule
-Full-time, approximately 45 hours per week
-Typical start time: 6:00 AM

Qualifications
-10+ years of experience in commercial painting, epoxy flooring, or related construction
-Strong project management and leadership skills
-Excellent communication and organizational abilities
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
-Prior P&L or business management experience preferred
