Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager – Construction Management for work in Milwaukee, WI (Travel throughout Wisconsin)!

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience).

Key Responsibilities
-Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
-Oversee jobsite safety compliance in partnership with field leadership and in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
-Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation alongside the Superintendent.
-Ensure adherence to plans and specifications while proactively resolving challenges.
-Manage subcontractor procurement, contract execution, permitting, and cost controls.
-Facilitate project meetings and maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
-Support business development efforts by assisting with bids, RFPs, subcontractor outreach, and client interviews.
-Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
-Interdepartmental Collaboration
-Partner with Estimating during preconstruction to review plans, identify trade partners, and participate in proposal development.
-Work closely with Superintendents to maintain project schedules and ensure field execution aligns with project goals.
-Coordinate with Accounting to review invoices, manage cost reporting, and ensure accurate financial tracking.
-Collaborate with Safety teams to maintain compliance through inspections, reporting, and documentation.

Education & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
-5–7 years of experience in a Project Management role with a Construction Manager or General Contractor.

Qualifications
-Proven experience managing commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $20M+.
-Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
-Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Viewpoint, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills.
-Ability to travel to project sites throughout Wisconsin as required.
