Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their manufacturing team.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service by managing customer orders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
-Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
-Address customer concerns and complaints, offering solutions and ensuring proper follow-up to resolution.

Order Processing & Coordination
-Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
-Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or updates to customers.
-Maintain customer service documentation and assist with training materials as needed.

Process Improvement
-Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall efficiency.
-Stay current on best practices and trends in customer service.
-Provide feedback to management to support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team where your customer service skills will directly impact operations and customer satisfaction. This is 1st shift. Pay rate is $18/hour.

Qualifications & Skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-Strong attention to detail, especially in data entry and documentation.
