Quality Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of an ISO 9001 quality system within a growing manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working cross-functionally, analyzing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will play a key role in maintaining quality documentation, coordinating audits, tracking customer feedback, and supporting company-wide quality performance.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate and support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
-Create, update, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation
-Organize and track customer complaints and corrective actions
-Conduct internal quality audits and assist with external audits
-Monitor quality metrics including non-conforming material and cost of poor quality
-Collect and compile data for company quality scorecards and reporting
-Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
-Collaborate with production and other departments to improve processes and quality performance

Qualifications
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
-1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality environment
-Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and auditing processes
-Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
-Experience with internal auditing and corrective action processes
-Familiarity with Visio, reporting tools, or database software
-Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
