Our client is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead their sales organization and play a key role in executing strategic growth initiatives across multiple product lines.

What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Strategy
-Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on achieving bookings and revenue targets.
-Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
-Analyze sales performance data and market trends to drive forecasting and opportunity development.
-Partner with executive leadership to support long-term revenue strategy.

Team Development & Culture
-Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to maximize performance and engagement.
-Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
-Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.

Customer & Market Growth
-Strengthen relationships with key customers and industry partners.
-Promote innovative, value-driven solutions across industrial markets.
-Identify new business opportunities and support expansion into emerging markets.

Operational Excellence
-Oversee sales processes, CRM activity, and pipeline management.
-Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment on products, solutions, and strategy.
-Drive continuous improvement across sales workflows and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
-8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial equipment
-Proven success leading teams and achieving revenue targets
-Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems and sales analytics
-Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
-Experience working in technical or engineered product environments is highly preferred
