Trillium Professional is now seeking a Human Resources Associate for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity!

This is 100% on-site position. Looking for an exceptional candidate who has graduated from a competitive program in Human Resources or related disciplines to consider joining the elite team 

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in the H1-b documentation of 11-12 employees for the upcoming lottery. This includes re-evaluating their compensation packages and helping translate their job titles to reflect specific SOC codes with upgraded tiers to accurately reflect their experience and improve their likelihood of selection in the lottery.
-Provide administrative support to the Manager of Human Resources
-Perform virtual interviews and in person interviews
-Maintain the hiring process and provide updates on status of the roles actively being hired for
-Work alongside various disciplines to create attractive job postings
-Post on various sites and utilize resume databases to source for potential candidates
-Determine applicant qualifications by prescreening each candidate
-Facilitate the background check and I-9 process for new hires
-Support the recruiting function by creating offer letters
-Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records
-Conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees
-Answer employee and management questions on a variety of HR related topics
-Provide basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures to employees
-Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state labor regulations
-Performs other duties consistent with the scope and nature of the position and as assigned by the Manager of Human Resources

Human Resources Associate Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
-Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written forms.
-Ability to make decisions independently based upon experience, judgment, direction, and established departmental procedures and policies
-Flexible in an environment of multiple tasks and shifting priorities
-Ability to build trust and maintain relationships
-Strong commitment to excellent stakeholder service
-Regular and predictable attendance , and available by phone and email, as needed
-Knowledge and use of culturally responsive practices
-Working knowledge of processing personnel policies and procedures and related rules and regulations
-Prior Human Resources administration experience (preferred)
-Strong attention to detail and experience handling confidential information in a professional manner
-Strong organizational skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
-Ability to follow processes and maintain organized status of the steps within that process
-Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
-Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports
-A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to build trust and maintain relationships
-Strong commitment to excellent stakeholder service
-Available by phone and email, as needed
-Regular and predictable attendance
-An ability to follow processes
-Strong documentation skills
