Solar Apprentice - Per Diem Offered

We’re looking for motivated solar laborers for a long-term project in Lancaster, VA!

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to grow and advance in the construction industry. This is steady, long-term work with hands-on experience in the field. Enrollment in our apprenticeship program to help you grow and advance in the construction industry

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, working 10 hours shifts (40-60 hrs weekly).

Benefits:
-Pay: $23/hr
-Per Diem: $100/day all 7 days, if shift schedule is worked.
-We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401K, paid holidays, and paid time off.
