Marketing Specialist

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Marketing Specialist in Swartz Creek, MI for a direct-hire opportunity!

Annual salary is $60,000/year on 1st shift. 

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Sales Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company’s manufacturing capabilities, products, and services. This role bridges the gap between production and sales by ensuring that marketing efforts align with customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.

 Key Responsibilities
•    Market research: Collect and analyze data on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
•    Campaign development: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
•    Content creation: Develop brochures, product sheets, presentations, and digital content tailored to manufacturing products.
•    Trade shows & events: Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, plant tours, and customer events.
•    Digital marketing: Manage social media, website updates, and email campaigns to increase visibility.
•    Sales support: Provide marketing materials and data to the sales team to strengthen customer pitches.
•    Customer communication: Assist in preparing newsletters, case studies, and product announcements.
•    Reporting: Track marketing performance metrics and report results to the Sales Manager.

 Qualifications
•    2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
•    Strong communication and organizational skills.
•    Proficiency in digital marketing tools (CRM, social media, email platforms).
•    Ability to work collaboratively with sales and production teams.
 Skills & Competencies
•    Creativity: Develop engaging campaigns and materials for technical products.
•    Project management: Handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and management teams.
•    Technical understanding: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and product specifications.
