Direct hire opportunity for a Sales Representative in Syracuse!

We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team.  You will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts and building strong relationships with customers. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering top-notch repair solutions.

Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Drive sales by promoting our range of trailer repair and restoration services.
-Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer expectations are met.
-Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
-Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
-Drive new business by contacting potential clients, such as fleet managers and directors, and retaining existing accounts.
-Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their ongoing repair and maintenance needs.
-Possess a strong understanding of commercial truck and trailer specifications, repair services, and common fleet issues.
-Work with clients to develop tailored service plans or custom modifications for their equipment, such as dry vans or refrigerated trailers.
-Effectively communicate technical information, present service offerings, and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
-Understand the commercial truck and trailer markets, including industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape.

Hours are 7am-3:30pm and starting pay is 60k plus monthly bonus.
Offer medical, dental, life insurance and 401K. Annual salary is $60k/year.

Requirements
-Proven work experience as a sales representative
-Excellent customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-Able to build productive business professional relationships
-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or repair industry.
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
-Ability to understand technical aspects of trailer repairs and restoration services.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
