Concrete Foreman

Trillium Construction is Now Hiring a Concrete Wall Foreman in the Beloit, WI Area!

Work will take place on commercial, new build sites. Work is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm.  Pay is $38-$45/hour depending on experience. 

The Wall Foreman will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete wall construction, ensuring quality workmanship, crew efficiency and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities: 
· Reading and interpreting structural plans and blueprints.
· Setting up and aligning formwork for footings and walls.
· Overseeing footing, wall, and rebar layout.
· Ensuring proper placement and securing rebar and reinforcements.
· Supervising concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes.
· Leading, training, and directing crew members on-site.
· Ensuring safety compliance and enforcing OSHA regulations.

Requirements:
· 3+ Years experience with concrete supervision.
· Ability to travel overnight
· Must be willing to work on their tools as well as Supervise. 
· Able to lift 50lbs.
· Able to work from heights on ladders.
· Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
· Must have insurable driving record.
