Working Drywall & Steel Stud Framing Foreman

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Working Foreman with proven experience in steel stud framing and drywall to lead an active commercial project in Albuquerque. This is not a sit-in-the-truck role — this individual is expected to lead the crew while actively working on the tools and participating in daily production.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a 10-person crew (rockers & finishers)

Lead by example as a working foreman — actively framing, hanging, and assisting with production as needed

Oversee steel stud framing and drywall installation

Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications

Build and maintain project schedules

Order materials and coordinate deliveries

Utilize ProCore and ProjectSite for documentation and project tracking

Maintain quality control and jobsite safety

Step in wherever needed to keep the project on schedule

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Working Foreman in commercial framing & drywall

Strong leadership and crew management skills

Ability to balance field production with scheduling and administrative responsibilities

Proficient in ProCore and ProjectSite

Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

Dependable, organized, and production-driven

Compensation:

Up to $42 per hour, depending on experience
