BIM Specialist - Per Diem Offered

We are partnering with a leading electrical contractor on a new construction sports stadium project in the Byron Center area.

We’re seeking a BIM Specialist to support the BIM team with an immediate workload of model updates and construction documentation. This role is highly production driven and ideal for someone skilled in Revit who enjoys detail-oriented BIM tasks.

Key Responsibilities
-Populate, annotate, label, and clean up Revit models and sheets to company standards
-Complete production tasks assigned by the BIM team with accuracy and efficiency
-Maintain model fidelity, sheet organization, and documentation consistency
-Prepare and revise views, details, and sheets for internal review and issuance
-Support basic clash detection/coordination tasks as skills allow
-Work daily with the in-house BIM team and adapt to shifting priorities

Work will last for 8 months. Schedule is working 45-50 hours per week and work starts ASAP! Pay rate is $40/hr + $130/day per diem, paid 7 days/week.

Qualifications
-Proven Revit experience in an AEC or construction environment
-Previous experience as a BIM Specialist, BIM Technician, or similar
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized, high quality sheets
-Ability to follow established BIM standards and take direction from a BIM lead
-Reliable and comfortable working full?time onsite under project deadlines
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
