Maintenance Electrician

Trillium Construction is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to support our fabrication shop operations in Paris, TN. 

This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
•    Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a fabrication shop environment
•    Run and install conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.) and pull wire as required
•    Properly size and install wiring for various applications
•    Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
•    Perform work on high-voltage and low-voltage systems
•    Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform effective, safe repairs
•    Maintain and repair electrical components on shop machinery
•    Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial equipment, including press brakes, CNCs, and other fab shop machines
•    Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
•    Support both shop-based work and field work as needed
•    Follow all safety procedures and electrical codes
•    Work closely with production teams to support operations

Pay rate is up to $32/hour. Schedule: Mon - Saturday, 50h+ / week. Apply now!

Qualifications
•    Proven experience as a maintenance or industrial electrician

Strong knowledge of:
o    Conduit installation
o    Wire sizing
o    Single-phase and three-phase power
o    High-voltage and low-voltage systems

•    Ability to perform both new electrical installations and repair work
•    Comfortable working in an industrial / fabrication shop environment
•    Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•    Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining:
o    Press brakes
o    CNC machines
o    Other fabrication shop machinery

•    PLC or industrial controls experience
•    Prior fabrication or manufacturing environment experience
