Transportation Clerk
Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Transportation Clerk in Grand Prairie, TX for a temp-to-hire opportuntiy!
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Pay rate is $22/hour.
Seeking a detail-oriented Terminal Clerk II to support terminal operations in a fast-paced transportation environment. This role focuses on freight documentation, OS&D resolution, billing support, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Answer and route high-volume incoming calls
-Track freight received and shipped; reconcile bills of lading and report discrepancies
-Prepare and process OS&D freight paperwork and repackaging
-Investigate and resolve overages, shortages, damaged freight, and Hazmat issues
-Contact customers to schedule delivery appointments and provide proof of delivery
-Respond to customer inquiries and billing or service-related complaints
-Scan, image, and transfer bill of lading information for billing and freight movement
-Assist with dispatch phones and daily terminal operations
-Maintain accurate records and a clean OS&D area

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Experience in OS&D, billing, tracing, or transportation preferred
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; AS400 experience strongly preferred
-Strong customer service, communication, and clerical skills
-Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
-Must pass drug screen and background check
-Ability to lift 20 lbs. or more
