Machine Operator

A local factory in Williamsport, IN is looking for experienced, and dependable, individuals to work on a new production line as a Loom Machine Operator. 

The Loom Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring yarn is properly threaded throughout the machine and maintaining smooth production. This includes troubleshooting operational issues such as yarn breaks, performing splicing and yarn or bobbin changes. As well as monitoring hose quality and keeping a clean and organized work area.

Positions are available on 2nd shift, 4 PM – 12 AM, Monday – Friday and 3rd shift, 12 AM – 8 AM, Sunday – Thursday. Candidates will be required to train on 1st shift, 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday – Friday, for at least one month before moving to 2nd or 3rd.  Training pay is $17/hour on 1st shift. Once trained and moved to 2nd or 3rd shift the pay is $18/hour.
