What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping our clients and drivers successful by:
-Building, evaluating, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified drivers
-Serving as the main point of contact between drivers and clients ensuring top-notch service
-Following up with clients and field staff to ensure placements are a win for everyone
-Resolving employee issues with confidence and professionalism (pay, schedules, coaching, discipline, etc.)
-Managing compliance and documentation, including new hires, I-9s, background checks, and client-specific requirements
-Maintaining consistent communication with clients and prospects to understand and anticipate their staffing needs
