Field Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking a General Foreman or Electrical Field Superintendent for a long term project in Parker, CO!

Pay is $48-50 per hour. Working Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm, 45-55 hours per week. Daily per diem of $150. 

Job duties:
- Direct and supervise the work of 3 Foreman and electrical teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Identify and resolve electrical issues and problems that arise during projects. -—Provide technical expertise and solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, work performed, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Provide training and mentorship to electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- State of Colorado Electrical License preferred, but not required! 
- Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Great leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Skills:
- Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Computer savvy.
