Trillium Staffing is now seeking a National Sales Representative based in Swartz Creek, MI!

You will cover Nationwide Sales with a Michigan Presence. Annual salary is $70-$85k/year +bonus.

What You’ll Do
-Lead and execute national sales strategies to expand market share across the U.S.
-Maintain an active local presence in Michigan, partnering closely with plant operations and customers.
-Work collaboratively with manufacturer representative agencies to support distributor sales channels.
-Apply your mechanical and technical knowledge to deliver customized hole-making solutions for metal fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and structural steel markets.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a proactive, growth-oriented approach.
-Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance using Microsoft Office tools and ERP/CRM systems.
-Prepare sales reports, territory updates, and customer feedback for leadership.
-Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings nationwide.
-Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry through delivery.

What We’re Looking For
-Proven success in national or regional sales, ideally within industrial tools or related markets.
-Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical product applications.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
-Willingness to travel 50–60% nationally while maintaining local engagement in Michigan.
-Must reside within commuting distance of Swartz Creek, MI.

Nice to Have
-Experience in fabrication, structural steel, construction, or industrial distribution.
-Data-driven sales approach with CRM and reporting experience.
