Yard Driver
Trillium Drivers is currently seeking a Yard Worker / Back-up Driver in the Baton Rouge, LA area!
This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity offering competitive pay $19 Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM with a 1 hour lunch break. Anything over 40 hours in a week is paid at time and a half.
The Yard Worker duties will consist of cart washing and warehouse duties on non-driving days. You’ll play an essential role in the process of delivering clean and functional carts while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Repairs, exchanges and delivering new and returned carts to field service drivers
-Inspects containers for quality standards are met
-Clean, organize, and prepare acceptable containers for reuse
-Wash carts and containers to ensure they meet company and customer quality expectations
-Prepares daily inventory for field service drivers
-Maintains a clean, organized and safe inventory yard
-Receives daily direction from the Field Service Crew Leader
-Serve as a back-up driver as needed

Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license
-Current medical DOT card
-Minimum 6 months experience driving a truck over 13000 lbs
-1–2 years of relevant field service experience
-Must be capable of frequent heavy lifting
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
