Data Center Foreman - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking a Foreman for a project in New Albany, OH.

Key Responsibilities
•    Supervise multiple crews performing fiber installation, splicing, and testing
•    Plan daily and weekly work schedules to meet project milestones
•    Ensure all fiber testing is completed, documented, and compliant with specifications
•    Oversee QA/QC processes, inspections, and corrective actions
•    Coordinate with general contractors, data center owners, and client representatives
•    Review drawings, scope changes, and installation plans
•    Enforce safety standards, site rules, and company policies
•    Track productivity, material usage, and manpower requirements
•    Approve as-built documentation, test reports, and project closeout packages
•    Act as escalation point for technical, quality, or personnel issues

Pay: $40
Per Diem: $110 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Preferred Qualifications
•    OSHA 10/30 certification
•    FOA CFOT + CFOS/T (Testing) or CFOS/S (Splicing)
•    ETA FOT-OSP or FOT-ISP
•    BICSI Technician (TECH) or BICSI Installer 2 (INST2)
•    Fusion Splicing Certification (manufacturer or FOA/ETA)
•    Advanced Fiber Testing Credentials (OTDR trace analysis)
•    NICET Level II–III (ITS or Low Voltage)
•    Fluke Advanced Fiber Certification
