Trillium Staffing is now seeking Customer Service Representatives in Swartz Creek, MI!

The Customer Service Representative (CSR), at our client’s manufacturing plant, is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by managing orders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR acts as a liaison between the customers and various departments within the plant to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

Schedule is first shift - 9:00 am - 5:30pm. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
o    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
o    Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
o    Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Order Management:
o    Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o    Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
o    Monitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to customers promptly.
o    Customer Service documentation and training materials.

Continuous Improvement:
o    Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and procedures.
o    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
o    Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve customer satisfaction.
