Dispatch Supervisor

Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Dispatch Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Schedule is Monday – Friday (4:00am – 1:00pm). Pay rate is $29 Hour with OT after 40 hours.

What you’ll do:
-The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that transportation operates smoothly and efficiently.
-The Dispatch Supervisor oversees tasks that range from coordinating delivery schedules to managing driver pickup routes and ensuring compliance with various safety and DOT regulations.
-Ensures adherence to and execution of established food bank safety policies and procedures, OSHA, Fleet Safety DOT Program, ensuring the number one priority is safety when operating any equipment.
-Establishes and executes independently incident management process as required by transportation group (i.e. intendent reporting, towing, HAZMAT response, etc.).
-Collaborate with the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator and -Transportation Specialist to achieve DOT maintenance and document compliance on all equipment

What you’ll need:
-Licensed Class A CDL required.
-A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Class A CDL Driver.
-A minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
