Trillium Construction is now seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager of Civil & Site Development to work in the Atlanta, GA & Orlando, FL markets.

Growing civil/site development contractor seeking a driven Sales / Business Development professional to expand our presence in the Atlanta and Orlando markets. This role offers a generous base salary, uncapped commissions, and a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.

Responsibilities
-Develop new business with GCs, developers, and owners
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Prospect, network, and manage sales pipeline
-Coordinate with estimating and operations teams

-B2B sales or business development experience (construction preferred)
-Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and goal-oriented
