Laser Operator

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Laser Operator for full-time work in West Bend, WI!

Schedule is 2nd shift, M-F, 2pm-10pm. Pay rate is $18-25/hour.

Reporting to the Laser Supervisor, this position is responsible for operating Bystronic and Mitsubishi CO laser machines, de-nesting and finishing laser-cut parts, and organizing materials in a just-in-time fabrication environment.

The Laser Operator performs machine setups, monitors quality and productivity standards, troubleshoots minor issues, and supports cross-training across laser platforms. This role also includes material handling using forklifts, basic equipment maintenance, and collaboration with production and maintenance teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications:
-Strong laser or CNC operating experience
-Blueprint reading skills
-Basic shop math and measurement proficiency
-Working knowledge of G & M codes
-Ability to safely operate a forklift.
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Mitsubishi laser experience, overhead crane experience, and work in a highly technical manufacturing environment are preferred.
