Machine Operator
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Brake Press Operators for full-time work in West Bend!
Reporting to the Brake Press Supervisor, the Brake Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Cincinnati hydraulic CNC press brakes in a just-in-time fabrication environment. This role supports daily production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements, and may assist other operators as needed.
2nd Shift is M-F, 2pm-10pm and 3rd shift is Sun-Th, 10pm-6am. Experience with a Cincinnati Brake press is preferred. Pay: $19-25/hr. Based on experience. A $2 shift premium would be added to their wage once hired in, Will be trained on 1st shift for a few weeks.
Responsibilities
-Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brakes for routine production work
-Select and install correct tooling with guidance as needed
-Perform work to established quality and time standards
-Accurately track time and production using an online system
-Safely handle materials using a forklift (and overhead crane when applicable)
-Inspect parts, report material, production, or quality issues
-Perform basic troubleshooting and seek assistance when needed
-Maintain equipment logs and support operator-level preventive maintenance
-Assist other operators and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
-High school diploma or GED
-Experience with metal forming, press brake operations, or basic fabrication
-Ability to read blueprints and use basic measurement tools
-Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
-Forklift experience; overhead crane experience preferred
-Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
-1+ year of manufacturing experience
-Basic setup experience with hydraulic press brakes and/or punch presses
