Production Worker
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Production Helper on 2nd Shift (Entry-Level Manufacturing)!
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Pay rate is $18/hr (increases to $20/hr if hired on, including $2 shift premium).
Production Helpers assist in the laser and de-nesting areas of the shop floor. This is an entry-level opportunity and a great way to get started in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
-Remove parts from de-nesting machines
-Grind and finish parts as needed
-Count and package parts
-Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, and material handling
-Basic computer skills
-Ability to work safely with hand tools around metal and sharp objects
Preferred Experience:
-Manufacturing or technical environment experience
-Basic math skills
-Exposure to powder coating, paint application, or lean manufacturing
-Understanding of metric and standard measurement systems
