Warehouse Supervisor
Trillium is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a direct hire position in Danbury, CT!
This is an onsite position working Monday–Friday | 7:00am–4:00pm + OT as needed. Pay rate is $28–$38/hour (DOE).
Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Danbury, CT location. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution of solar and storage products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
-Supervise warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping operations
-Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees
-Assign daily work, manage schedules, and evaluate performance
-Ensure inventory accuracy and proper material handling
-Use ERP/WMS systems to track inventory and workflow
-Maintain safety, compliance, and warehouse standards
-Monitor KPIs and support continuous process improvement
-Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
Schedule & Environment
-Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm
-Overtime as needed (approximately 5 hours/week)
-Warehouse and outdoor work environment, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures

What We’re Looking For
-Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role
-Strong knowledge of warehousing operations and best practices
-Forklift experience (required)
-ERP/WMS system experience
-Proven leadership and team management skills
-Ability to problem-solve and make sound operational decisions
-High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred
-Forklift experience required
