Machine Operator
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Punch Press/ Laser Operator in West Bend, WI!
This position operates Amada EMLK CNC laser/turret punch equipment, de-nests and organizes cut parts, and supports metal finishing in a fast-paced, just-in-time fabrication environment. The role may also assist other machine operators as needed.
This is a 1st shift position. Hours Monday-Friday 6am-2pm. Pay rate is $19-$25 DOE.
Key Responsibilities
-Operate Amada EMLK 3610 NT CNC laser/turret punch equipment
-Load/unload materials and maintain tooling for daily operation
-De-nest, identify, and organize laser-cut parts
-Verify parts meet specifications and quality standards
-Assist with other sheet metal equipment (press brakes, shears, drills, spot welders, etc.)
-Communicate with Operations, Engineering, and Production Planning
-Follow all safety procedures, workplace rules, and complete required paperwork

Qualifications
-1+ year of CNC, laser, turret punch, or manufacturing experience preferred
-Strong mechanical aptitude and basic shop math skills
-Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
-Experience with Amada, Trumpf, or similar punch/laser machines a plus
-Welding and overhead crane experience preferred
Preferred Skills
-CO laser and/or turret punch setup and operation
-G- and M-code programming knowledge
-Experience in a highly technical or precision manufacturing environment
