General Manager
Incredible opportunity for an experienced Operations Leader to join a growing 3PL as the General Manager!
This role will manage distribution and fulfillment operations at a multi-client single site and be responsible for leading supervisors and frontline personnel in growing, fast paced distribution and fulfillment center. The General Manager will maintain and build strong client relationships, implement strategic productivity processes and improvements, ensure positive culture and employee engagement, growth and retention as well as coordinate with the Vice President of Operations.
The General Manager compensation plan will begin with a $130k-160k base + bonus and benefits.

To be successful in this role the General Manager will have:
-3-5 yrs. experience leading warehouse operations as site manager or general manager
-Strong computer skills including WMS
-Past experience in a 3PL environment is a plus
-Inventory Management experience
