Senior Accountant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
This role is ideal for a detail-driven accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants long-term career potential along with a strong compensation and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead month-end close and cash flow reporting
-Prepare and consolidate financial statements
-Perform account analysis, reconciliations, and journal entries
-Manage inventory control, work orders, and cost accounting
-Generate internal financial and management reports
-Evaluate A/R and A/P, manage collections, and monitor expenses
-Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
-Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
-Prepare sales, purchasing, tax filings, and required schedules
-Maintain fixed asset records and perform bank reconciliations
-Support manufacturing, R&D, and business reporting requirements

Qualifications:
-Associate’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
-5+ years of accounting experience
-Manufacturing and inventory management experience required
-Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Experience with Sage 100 or higher
-Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
-Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision
-Knowledge of procurement, GMP, BRC, HACCP, and plant operations
-CPA preferred but not required
-Must be authorized to work in the United States
